Lakeview Room
Our prestigious Lakeview room is ideal for any high level meeting or executive lunch. Views from above of our parkland and tranquil lake make this meeting room a perfect choice for that special meeting or training event. With a capacity of up to 28 people, this venue also offers flexible layouts and packages tailored to your requirements.
Stem 3.1
This dynamic, ultra modern, glass walled space features state of the art, interactive technology and is the perfect venue for workshops and training. It is filled with natural light and has an adaptable layout that can also be set up in theatre style if needed. Suitable for up to 100 people.
Lecture Theatre Building
The Lecture Theatre Building offers a mix of 10 lecture theatres and classrooms making it the perfect venue for larger conferences that require multiple breakout spaces or parallel sessions under one roof. The large foyer is ideal for registration, refreshments and exhibition stands.

Our Southend Teaching Rooms in the Forum and Gateway buildings feature a large selection of teaching rooms with varying capacities ranging from 24-65. All teaching spaces feature state-of-the-art technology including interactive whiteboards, projectors, and digital document cameras to allow your training session or meeting to run as effectively as possible.

Our Colchester campus features a large selection of classrooms with varying capacities ranging from 24-65. All rooms have state-of-the-art technology including interactive whiteboards, projectors and digital document cameras to allow your training session or meeting to run as effectively as possible. Our classrooms also work well as break out spaces for large conferences.
Sport Pavilion
This architectural gem offers 270 degree views across our Green Flag, multi award winning Wivenhoe Park making it a unique and exciting space for a relaxed corporate event, team building session, informal gathering, or pop-up. Take in views of the Green Flag Award winning Wivenhoe Park whilst guests enjoy food and drink from one of our bespoke catering packages. Relaxed seating for up to 70 people.
Forum Lecture Theatre
Our largest space in Southend and less than a 5-minute walk from Southend Train station, The Forum Lecture Theatre can seat up to 200 people and comes equipped with in built state of the art academic audio-visual technologies.
The versatile, spacious foyer is perfect for delegate registration, refreshments and exhibitors to come together in one place. Several smaller breakout areas are also available should you require them, to enable your delegates to break out into smaller groups for tasks or activities.
